Club Tables of 10

  • Our Club tables of 10 are perfect for guests who may enjoy sharing a table with others. Friendship is at the heart of The Roc-King club and so these tables have been designed for multiple groups to enjoy with others. Remember, it’s a family show, so each booking must include (at least) one adult and one child.

Although you may be sharing a table, your food is served individually with plenty of privacy. If you’re in a group of more than 10 people, we can’t guarantee that you’ll sit together.

Private tables of 4 and 6

  • Private club tables are extremely limited and are specially designed for families who’d like a more intimate dining experience. These tables go fast, so don’t hang about! Remember, you need to buy all tickets for private tables in a single transaction.

We designed our show for all ages, so that every generation can enjoy the magic! Since the three hour show involves full West End production values as well as live entertainment and immersive performances, we think it will particularly engage and excite children aged 6-12. Younger children may not understand everything that’s going on. However, they are likely to find the characters, the colourful scenery and the action sequences loads of fun and really entertaining.

Disclaimer

Please note that the story is light-hearted however, The Roc-King Club is an immersive dining experience with roaming actors, loud sound effects and flashing lights. Some children (particularly younger ones) may be sensitive to these or find the effects upsetting so your discretion is appreciated.

You can find out more about our technical effects and how they may affect your visit here.

Infants under 12 months old are so cute that they can definitely come for free! However, you’ll need to book an infant ticket, which you’ll find during the booking process. Please note that infant tickets don’t include a meal but they do count towards your maximum table capacity (babies take space too!).

In essence, health and safety rules mean that guests of all ages, however small and cuddly, need to have a ticket. And do please remember that it’s a family show, so every booking needs to include at least one adult and one paid child ticket. Also, please be sure that you have a responsible adult supervising children in your party at all times.

Of course! During the booking process you’ll find an option that lets you specify how many highchairs you need.

Absolutely, yes. We’ll provide a cloakroom at the venue where you can check in your coats, bags and prams during the show.

You will be able to bring the pram into the building, however due to the nature of our immersive show and for safety reasons, they will not be allowed into the main hall. They must be checked into the cloakroom mentioned above.

If you’ve lost something or realise that you’ve left something behind after leaving us, please talk to one of our team at the venue or email us at enquiries@theroc-kingclub.com.

On the SEE Tickets site you can choose the number of seats you need for your group.

At The Roc-King Club we have two table types:

Our Private dining tables are designed for groups who want a more intimate dining experience. They seat four or six people and are limited in number, so sell out quickly. If you’d like a Private table, you need to buy the entire table in one transaction.

Our Club tables consist of 10 seats each; depending on the size of your group, you may be sharing your table with others. Please see our table details above.

When you check in at the venue, one of our team will give you your table number(s). The Roc-King staff will then escort you to your table. For a seamless experience for all, tables are allocated before arrival.

All tables are on one level and there will be no restricted views. Because our show is immersive, featuring roaming actors and entertainers, every table will enjoy the same experience.

The Roc-King Club is an event that strives to be fully inclusive and we’ve gone to great lengths to spread the magic by making our show accessible and enjoyable to as many guests as we can. This includes guests with accessibility requirements and additional needs.

If one or more members of your group has additional access needs, please contact us directly at access@theroc-kingclub.com so that you can explain the exact nature of your requirements. One of our team will be able to advise and explain everything we can do for you. You’ll then be able to decide yourself whether the event is suitable for you and your group.

For more information, please visit our accessibility page here

Please be advised, as part of the magical experience, our show features special effects, including a safe theatrical fog, haze, strobe lights, pyrotechnics, confetti, sudden loud music, sound FX and dazzling special effects.

Whilst guests remain seated throughout the experience, please note that, when moving around the venue we may have areas of low level lighting and uneven floor levels.

We recommend speaking with a member of our team at access@theroc-kingclub.com for specific details about the show you are attending and how we can help you during your visit.

Yes. Our venue, Porchester Hall, has a fully accessible point of entry via the service road to the side of the building. Before each event begins, we’ll make every effort to ensure that the necessary arrangements are in place for all our guests with accessibility requirements.

For health and safety reasons, we require every guest to check in so please don’t try to use the service lift alone to enter the building. During check-in, one of our team will assist you to our access point which takes you directly to the main hall.

The venue has a service lift to help guests with accessibility requirements to access the main hall, the toilets and the cloak room. One of our team will always be on hand to help where necessary.

We also offer spaces for wheelchair users. Please email us at access@theroc-kingclub.com to make your arrangements.

Yes we do! We understand some guest may need some extra assistance for these guests, so we offer a 50% discount on Personal Assistance tickets. These are available for all our shows.

You’ll need to show a Personal Assistance ticket when you check in so it’s essential to specify that you need one during the booking process. You can’t buy Personal Assistance tickets when you’re checking in on the day of the event that you have booked.

You can read more about this on our accessibility page here.

No, sorry, there’s no free parking near the venue. It’s definitely worth planning ahead and allowing lots of time for parking before you arrive so that you don’t miss any of the show!

The Roc-King Club is being held at Porchester Hall, Porchester Rd, London W2 5HS.

The closest Underground stations are Royal Oak, Bayswater, Queensway, Notting Hill Gate, Lancaster Gate and Paddington.

Please allow lots of time in case of any travel disruptions – we don’t want you to miss the show!

Absolutely, we can’t wait to meet you! From the second you arrive you’ll be greeted by our Roc-King Club team and looked after throughout your visit.

Yes. You can only enter Porchester Hall through the main entrance on Porchester Road. From the road it’s easy to see the doors leading to the hall.

Magic doesn’t wait, so the immersive Roc-King Club experience starts promptly at the time shown on your ticket. Doors will open 30 minutes beforehand to give you time to check in and use the toilets and/or cloakroom.

Of course, we’ll make every effort to bring all our guests out of the cold and inside the building as quickly as we can. However, it’s possible that there may be a short queue outside so we advise you to check the weather and wrap up warmly!

Sure as Knight follows Day, The Roc-King Club experience starts promptly at the time on your ticket and we really want you to enjoy it all!

If you do arrive late, our team will meet and greet you and they’ll do their best to let you into the hall at the next possible opportunity. However, the show involves complicated logistics and a careful timetable, so we can’t guarantee that late arrivals will get in. Also, latecomers can’t claim a refund.

Allow lots of time to get here to avoid even the tiniest chance of disappointment.

This question applies to EVERYBODY because the fun starts at home!

A big part of The Roc-King Club experience is dressing up at home. This is your chance to be as fancy, funky and fabulous as you want for the most marvellous occasion. You’ll be enjoying a banquet, so you’ll want to make an impression, right? And since this is the Hottest Ticket In Town (and that’s official), why not dress your best?

If you’ve been looking for that one, very special event that gives the whole family the perfect excuse to get dressed up, The Roc-King Club is ideal!

Before you finalise your outfit, it’s worth remembering that Porchester Hall is a moderately warm indoor venue. We can’t control the temperature in the venue, though, so please bear in mind the time of year.
